4. Basis and Purpose of the Register
We process personal data for the management, maintenance, development, and analysis of the customer relationship and other relevant connections, for producing, offering, and developing services, for developing and planning business and websites, for marketing, opinion and market research, as well as for customer communication, which can also be carried out electronically and targeted.

5. Information Contained in the Register
The information stored in the register does not include personal data of contacts from customer companies or other stakeholders, unless they are necessary for current or potential cooperation. Through cookies, we obtain measurable information about visitors to our website, which we utilize when planning our marketing. In this way, we can target our communication as accurately as possible.

The register may include the following information about contacts from customer companies and other stakeholders:
Person's name and title and/or position in the company
Company name, contact information, and industry
Company address as well as postal code and location

6. Sources of Information for the Register
The collection of name and other contact information is based on a customer relationship or another connection with us. We collect information at the time of making an agreement, when you register, or when you use our services. We also track cookies and your visit to our website leaves a trail, an IP address. We may also collect information through various marketing activities, such as events, as well as from public sources.

7. Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose information to third parties for marketing purposes. Due to the technical or operational implementation of data processing, some of the information may reside with our subcontractors, and data may otherwise be processed via technical access. We may use service providers in processing your personal data, who may have access to your personal data from outside the EU/EEA, such as from the United States. We will retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes defined in this privacy statement regarding personal data processing. Due to accounting law or other applicable legal obligations, information may need to be retained longer than the aforementioned period.

9. Right to Inspect Register Data and Implementing the Right
Each registered individual has the right to inspect data concerning themselves. The right to inspect is free of charge, carried out no more than once a year (12 months). The registered individual has the right to inspect the information stored about them in the register by requesting an inspection of their data with a hand-signed document or in person at the data controller's location. 10. Correction and Deletion of Personal Data from the Register
The registered individual has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect, incomplete, unnecessary, or outdated data by notifying the data controller at the address mentioned in section 1 of this statement. The request must be written and signed.
