In each of our projects, the outcome has exceeded expectations and the implementations have been truly high quality. The sound design has also been successful every time. We believe the technical expertise is very good. In the script phase, there have been things that we have doubted ourselves and wondered how to implement wisely for the video. However, Dimedia has always provided visually striking and functional solutions, which, if necessary, have been polished to perfection.

Playfully, we have jokingly said a couple of times that Dimedia, or Diamond Media, because the result has been diamond.

After the script meeting, Dimedia immediately understood the "Pisko's character," and what and how we want to present in the video. Small humorous details have been well displayed. However, the focus remains on the main message. There has always been something surprising and insightful in the videos.

On behalf of Dimedia, the budget and schedule have always been kept. Any delays in the schedule during different phases of the project have only been due to our own busyness. There is nothing to criticize regarding Dimedia. They have also been very good at reminding us if there has been a challenge in keeping the project on schedule. Communication has been very natural and easy from the beginning. Before the final video, corrections, additions, and changes have been made very quickly and with high quality. This has particularly highlighted the fact that Dimedia understands the customer.
